摘  要:以某船多台离心泵为隔振对象,开展浮筏隔振系统设计,并根据设计方案建立浮筏隔振系统的动力学模型。通过模态分析验证筏架、基座以及浮筏隔振系统的各阶模态频率,可避开离心泵主要扰动频率。基于有限元法和统计能量法,计算浮筏隔振系统在各工况下的隔振效果,并与试验结果进行对比分析。结果表明:理论计算值与实测值较为吻合,验证了设计和计算方法的可行性,可为离心泵浮筏隔振系统设计及其隔振效果的工程预测提供技术支撑。The floating raft vibration isolation system design is carried out for several pumps of certain ship.The floating raft vibration isolation system is established according to the design scheme.It's be verified that the frequency of different orders mode of the raft,the base and the floating raft vibration isolation system avoided the disturbance frequency of the centrifugal pumps by means of mode analysis.Based on the finite element method(FEM)and statistical energy analysis(SEA)method,the vibration-isolation effect of the floating raft vibration isolation system in various working conditions is calculated,and the result is compared with the test result.The results show that the experimental results is consistent with the theoretical calculating value,which proves the feasibility of the design and calculation.It can provide technical support for design of centrifugal pump floating raft vibration isolation system and engineering prediction of vibration-isolation effect.
