油田基层党建思政工作的探索与实践

摘　　要：作为企业管理的基础工作,党建思政工作对油田企业的发展具有重要作用。油田基层党建思政工作不仅能够提高员工群体素质,还能够推进企业管理模式的创新,促进企业文化水平的提升。某油田地面工程维修中心按照油田上级党委的要求,根据当前油田基层党建思政工作存在的问题,通过“统筹化”抓党建,强化责任落实、“常态化”抓思想,强化观念转变等措施,有效推动了基层党建思政工作的开展。As the basic work of enterprise management,the ideological and political work of the Party building plays an important role in the development of oil f ield enterprises.The ideological and political work of the grassroots Party building in oil f ield can not only improve the quality of employees,but also promote the innovation of enterprise management mode and promote the improvement of enterprise culture level.An oilf ield ground engineering maintenance center in accordance with the requirements of the oilf ield superior Party committee,according to the problems existing in the current oilf ield grassroots Party building ideological and political work,through the“overall”to grasp the Party building,strengthen the implementation of responsibility,“normal”to grasp the idea,strengthen the change of ideas and other measures,effectively promote the development of grassroots Party building ideological and political work.
