摘　　要：随着高等教育的普及和科学研究的深入,地方性本科院校实验室成为重要的教学与研究场所。然而,实验室安全管理问题亦日益凸显,成为影响师生安全和教学质量的关键因素。文章针对某些地方性本科院校实验室管理中的安全意识与安全技能薄弱、基础设施落后、教学与科研空间不足、进出管理不严、信息化和智能化管理缺乏、分级管理不到位的现状,分析存在问题的原因,提出了加强安全文化建设和安全技能训练、加大投入资金和利用空间、严格落实进出管理制度、有效引入现代化管理手段、建立分级标准、实行精细化管理的解决对策和建议。With the popularization of higher education and the deepening of scientif ic research,local undergraduate laboratories have become important places of teaching and research.However,the problem of laboratory safety management has become increasingly prominent,which has become a key factor affecting the safety of teachers and students and teaching quality.This paper analyzes the causes of the existing problems in laboratory management of some local undergraduate universities,including weak safety awareness and safety skills,backward infrastructure,insuff icient teaching and scientif ic research space,lax access management,lack of information and intelligent management,and inadequate hierarchical management.Countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to strengthen the construction of safety culture and training of safety skills,increase investment and use of space,strictly implement the entry and exit management system,effectively introduce modern management means,establish grading standards,and implement f ine management.
