摘  要:《宠儿》呈现出美国非裔民族的文化身份重建与文化寻根策略。托妮·莫里森以记忆书写美国非裔民族的文化创伤,建构了非裔民族的集体身份特征,并利用非洲泛灵想象形式的文化策略对文化创伤进行编码,刻画了美国非裔民族文化身份中的文化独特性。此外,莫里森将非洲泛灵信仰中的幽灵儿童“阿比库”引入小说,以幽灵表征串联起历史与现实,不仅是对美国非裔民族文化创伤的观照,也是对民族文化心理的重建,强化了美国非裔民族的文化身份认同。莫里森在《宠儿》中以记忆书写创伤、以文化编码创伤、以表征重建民族文化心理的文化身份建构策略不仅强化了民族的文化意识,也是关于美国非裔民族的文化寻根。Beloved presents the strategies of reconstruction of cultural identity and cultural root-seeking of African Americans.Toni Morrison presented the cultural trauma of African Americans with memory,constructing the characteristics of collective identity of African Americans,and used African animist imaginary as a cultural strategy to encode cultural trauma,depicting the cultural uniqueness in the cultural identity of African Americans.In addition,Morrison’s introduction of the ghost child“abiku”in African animism belief into the novel,connecting history and reality through the representation of ghost,is not only an exploration of cultural trauma of African Americans,but also a reconstruction of the cultural psychology of the African Americans,contributing to their cultural identity.Morrison’s strategies of constructing the cultural identity in Beloved not only strengthened the cultural consciousness of the nation,but also explored the cultural roots of the African Americans by depicting trauma through memory,encoding trauma through culture,and reconstructing national cultural psychology through representation.
