摘　　要：课程思政是落实高等教育立德树人根本任务的重要途径和有力保障。金属有机化学是化学专业研究生的一门重要课程,具有课程内容多、深、难和综合性强等特点。该文结合作者的教学工作经历,从课程思政内容选择与编排、教学队伍引入与整合、教学方法与考核方式多维化等方面,探讨金属有机化学课程思政教学改革的措施与效果,为化学专业研究生课程思政体系建设提供有益探索。Curriculum ideological and political education is an important way and a crucial guarantee to carry out the fundamental task of fostering virtues of young students in Chinese universities.Organometallic Chemistry is a central course for graduate students majoring in chemistry in which the course content is abundant,deep,complex and comprehensive.Based on the author's experience,this paper discusses the measures and effects of ideological and political education in the teaching practice of Organometallic Chemistry from these aspects:the selection and arrangement of ideological and political content,the introduction and integration of teaching team,the diversification of teaching methods and evaluation methods.The study hopes that these practical results will be beneficial for the construction of ideological and political education system in the cultivation of chemistry graduate students.
