摘　　要：机体生物钟(也称昼夜节律)是地球上所有生物体能适者生存在地球自转环境中的基础。昼夜节律是生命活动最基本的调控机制,在维持人体正常生理生化稳态、疾病发生及治疗中均扮演关键角色。研究表明,生物钟在口腔组织发育生长、口腔疾病发生及治疗中具有重要作用。由于目前还没有包括口腔医学在内的生物钟研究方法的指导性文献,研究者主要基于已发表的参考文献进行探讨,致使口腔医学中有关生物钟的研究方法存在争议,如何合理应用昼夜节律的研究方法还存在诸多困惑。该共识在总结生物钟的作用特点以及分析目前生物钟在口腔医学研究中不足的基础上,组织相关专家归纳推荐了生物钟在口腔医学研究中合理实施的10条原则,为生物钟在口腔医学研究中的合理应用提供参考。The biological clock(also known as the circadian rhythm)is the fundamental reliance for all organisms on Earth to adapt and survive in the Earth's rotation environment.Circadian rhythm is the most basic regulatory mechanism of life activities,and plays a key role in maintaining normal physiological and biochemical homeostasis,disease occurrence and treatment.Recent studies have shown that the biological clock plays an important role in the development of oral tissues and in the occurrence and treatment of oral diseases.Since there is currently no guiding literature on the research methods of biological clock in stomatology,researchers mainly conduct research based on published references,which has led to controversy about the research methods of biological clock in stomatology,and there are many confusions about how to rationally apply the research methods of circadia rhythms.In view of this,this expert consensus summarizes the characteristics of the biological clock and analyzes the shortcomings of the current biological clock research in stomatology,and organizes relevant experts to summarize and recommend 10 principles as a reference for the rational implementation of the biological clock in stomatology research.
