摘 要:针对传统黄芪秧苗移栽机平作栽培过程中存在株距不均匀、辅助投苗人员较多且功能单一等问题,结合黄芪种植农艺,设计了一种黄芪秧苗起垄覆膜移栽机。移栽机主要由整地装置、起垄装置和移苗装置等部件组成,可实现整地、起垄、等株距投苗、苗上覆土和垄面覆膜等功能。同时,对整地、起垄、秧苗传输和覆膜等关键部件的参数进行确定和优化,并在黄芪产区开展适应性试验,结果表明:移栽机各项工作指标均满足黄芪种植的一系列农艺要求,可为黄芪秧苗起垄覆膜移栽机的设计与研制提供应用实例与技术参考。Aiming at the problems of uneven plant spacing,more auxiliary seedling casting personnel and single function in the flat cultivation process of traditional astragalus seedling transplanting machine,combined with the agronomy of astragalus planting,a kind of astragalus seedling ridge mulching transplanting machine was designed,which is mainly composed of land preparation device,ridge raising device and seedling transfer device,which can realize the functions of land preparation,ridge raising,equal plant distance seedling casting,seedling overlying and ridge surface mulching.The parameters of key components such as soil preparation,ridge raising,seedling transmission and mulching were determined and optimized,and adaptability tests were carried out in astragalus production areas.The test results show that all the working indicators of this machine meet a series of agronomic requirements of astragalus planting,and the research results can provide application examples and technical references for the design and development of astragalus seedling ridge mulching transplanting machine.
