摘 要:为了提高玉米收获机脱粒质量,设计了基于PLC控制系统,并采用模糊控制的方法对其进行优化。首先,基于单纵轴流玉米脱粒装置,分析滚筒轴转速、脱粒间距和收获机前进速度对于脱粒质量的影响;然后,利用三元二次通用旋转组合实验的设计方法,综合考虑滚筒轴转速,脱粒间距和收获机前进速度,建立破碎率模型。对该模型进行显著性分析,结果表明:脱粒间距对于破碎率的影响不显著,故选用滚筒轴转速和收获机前进速度作为控制量,建立模糊PLC控制系统。系统测试结果表明:系统具有较快的响应速度和较高的可靠性。In order to improving corn threshing quality,The PLC electric control system was optimized by fuzzy control.Firstly,based on single longitudinal axial corn threshing device,the effects between roller shaft speed,threshing interval and speed of harvester on threshing quality were analyzed;Crushing rate model comprehensive considering barrel shaft speed,threshing spacing and harvester forward speed was achieved by triad quadratic general rotation combination experiment.The result that the effect between threshing interval on crushing rate model was not significant,barrel shaft speed and harvester forward speed were taken as control variable,and then the fuzzy PLC Control System was designed.This system was tested,the result showed that the system has a fast response speed and high reliability.
