不同保鲜剂配方对芍药切花保鲜效果研究

摘  要:芍药作为我国传统名花,保鲜是其供应市场的关键。为了筛选出适宜芍药切花的保鲜剂,本文以花苞直径、花朵鲜质量等为评价指标,探究了三种不同的保鲜剂(基础保鲜剂、壳聚糖和褪黑素)对芍药切花的保鲜效果。结果表明,20 g/L蔗糖+250 mg/L柠檬酸+0.04 mmol/L褪黑素的保鲜效果最好,能延长切花的瓶插寿命至18 d左右,比空白对照延长了6 d;花朵平均直径比空白对照增加了5.23%;鲜花质量下降缓慢。As a traditional famous flower in China,the preservation of peony is the key to its supply market.In order to screen suitable preservatives for peony cut flowers,this study evaluated the effects of three different preservatives(basal preservative,chitosan,and melatonin)on the preservation of peony cut flowers using bud diameter,flowers fresh quality and other evaluation indicators.The results showed that the preservation effect of the formula of 20 g/L sucrose+250 mg/L citric acid+0.04 mmol/L melatonin has the best preservation effect,extending the vase life of cut flowers by about 18 days,which was 6 days longer than the blank control.The average diameter of flowers increased by 5.23%compared to the blank control.The formula slowed decline in flower quality.
