摘　　要：大学国际化评价是对高校国际化意义和价值的评判。新时期,高等教育国际化概念更迭演进,极大地拓展了国际教育价值视域。国际化新理念的出现必然会对大学国际化实践与评价产生方向性影响。通过梳理高等教育国际化概念的演进脉络,透视新时期国际化价值理念的新发展,厘清当前世界主流大学国际化评价体系的特点和我国高校国际化评价在价值认知上的现状与存在的问题,在比较和反思中勾勒出我国“双一流”大学国际化评价的价值蓝图。The evaluation of university internationalization is a judgment of the meaning and value of internationalization of universities.In the new era,the concept of internationalization of higher education has evolved,greatly expanding the perspective of international education value.The emergence of new concepts of internationalization will inevitably have a directional impact on the practice and evaluation of university internationalization.The paper reviews the evolution pattern of the concept of internationalization of higher education,examines the new development of the internationalization value concept in the new era,and clarifies the characteristics of the current internationalization evaluation system of the mainstream universities in the world,and the current situation and problems of the internationalization evaluation of China’s colleges and universities in terms of value perception,so as to outline the value blueprint of internationalization evaluation of China’s double word-class universities through comparison and reflection.
