摘 要:教师的教学能力评价至关重要,关乎人才培养的质量,关乎教师队伍的建设。国防特色高校承担着“育国之栋梁、铸国之重器”的重要使命,但现行的国防特色高校教师教学能力评价指标体系尚未纳入国防相关指标,仍存在着同质化现象校为普遍、国防科技等特殊领域教师评价机制不够健全等桎梏。基于国防特色高校的办学定位与师资特征,结合已有文献成果,初步拟定国防特色高校教师教学能力的评价指标框架,进而采用德尔菲法与层次分析法,确定国防特色高校教师教学能力评价指标体系,其中包括内容开发与教学设计、教学育人与管理、教学表达与交往、教学评价与反思、教学研究与创新能力5个一级指标,10个二级指标与40个三级指标。研究成果能够为各国防特色高校开展教师教学能力调查提供可借鉴的评价方法与工具。The evaluation of teachers'pedagogical competence is imperative,closely relevant to the quality of talent cultivation and the construction of faculties.Colleges and universities with national defense characteristics undertake the important mission of"educating the pillars and building the arms of the country",but the current evaluation index system for the pedagogical competence of teachers at universities with national defense characteristics has not yet included national defense indicators,and there are still problems such as widely existing homogeneity and incomplete teacher evaluation system in national defense technology and other special fields.Based on the orientation of universities with national defense characteristics and the characteristics of the teachers,this study establishes an evaluation index framework for the pedagogical competence of teachers at universities with national defense characteristics based on the existing literature results.The Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process are then used to construct the evaluation index system for the pedagogical competence of teachers at universities with national defense characteristics.It includes 5 first-level indicators,namely,content development and teaching design,education and management,teaching expression and communication,teaching evaluation and reflection,teaching research and innovation ability,10 second-level indicators,and 40 third-level indicators.The research results can provide valuable evaluation methods and tools for the investigation of teachers'teaching ability in colleges and universities with national defense characteristics.
