三阶梯止痛法对肝癌疼痛的治疗效果探究

摘　　要：目的:探究三阶梯止痛法对肝癌疼痛患者治疗效果。方法:选取2020年3月-2023年3月期间在本院接受诊治的肝癌疼痛患者82例作为研究对象。随机将患者分为对照组与研究组,每组各41例。对照组采用常规药物治疗;研究组采用三阶梯止痛法疗法。分析对比两组的疼痛程度、睡眠质量以及不良反应。结果:治疗前,两组的VAS评分无显著差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组的VAS评分均显著下降,且研究组的VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的睡眠质量PSQI评分均无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的PSQI评分均显著下降,且研究组的PSQI评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组与对照组的不良反应发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:将三阶梯止痛法用于肝癌疼痛患者的治疗中,能缓解疼痛,改善睡眠质量,且不会增加不良反应。Objective:To explore the effect of three-step analgesic therapy on patients with liver cancer pain.Methods:82 patients with liver cancer pain who received treatment in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects.The patients were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs.The study group used three-step analgesic therapy.The pain degree,sleep quality and adverse reactions of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of both groups was significantly decreased,and the VAS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in PSQI scores of sleep quality between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the PSQI score of both groups was significantly decreased,and the PSQI score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Three-step analgesic therapy can relieve pain,improve sleep quality and not increase adverse reactions in patients with liver cancer pain.
