摘 要:为解决传统8/20μs冲击电流发生器体积庞大、不易转场测试以及气体火花间隙开关触发稳定性较差的问题,通过研究直流高压脉冲电源技术、气体火花开关技术、半导体开关技术,提出了一种20 kA台式8/20μs冲击电流发生器的设计方案。阐述了方案的基本组成、工作原理,详细描述了微控制单元(MCU)、直流高压产生电路以及冲击电流产生电路设计。原理样机体积仅为传统设备的1/10左右,脉冲触发成功率100%。系统便捷性、稳定性得到了有效提升,并配套开发了人机交互系统。设计的冲击电流发生器对脉冲功率技术的工程应用具有积极作用。To address the issues of traditional 8/20μs impulse current generators,including their bulky size,difficulty in relocation and testing,as well as the poor trigger stability of gas spark gap switches,a new design for 20 kA benchtop 8/20μs impulse current generator has been proposed through the study of DC high-voltage pulse power supply technology,gas spark switch technology,and semiconductor switch technology.The design scheme elaborates on the basic components,working principle,and provides a detailed description of microcontroller unit(MCU),DC high-voltage generation circuit,and impulse current generation circuit.The prototype of this design is only about one-tenth of the size of traditional equipment,achieving a 100%pulse trigger success rate.The system's convenience and stability have been significantly improved,and a complementary human-machine interaction system has been developed accordingly.This has a positive impact on the engineering application of pulsed power technology.
