摘 要:随着数控技术的发展,数控机床在复杂曲面加工中的应用日益广泛。针对复杂曲面加工过程中路径规划的关键问题,提出一种基于NX的复杂曲面数控机床加工路径规划方法。首先分析复杂曲面加工中存在的挑战和需求,然后提出基于NX的加工路径规划的具体方法,并以凸轮轴这一汽车发动机关键部件的加工为例,介绍基于曲面分析的路径生成算法。该加工路径规划方法能够有效提高复杂曲面加工的精度和效率,具有一定的应用价值。With the development of numerical control technology,the application of numerical control machine tool in complex surface machining is more and more extensive.Aiming at the key problem of path planning during complex surface machining,a path planning method based on NX for numerical control machine tool with complex surface was proposed.Firstly,the challenges and demands of complex surface machining are analyzed,and then the specific method of NX-based machining path planning is proposed.The path generation algorithm based on surface analysis is introduced by taking camshaft,a key part of automobile engine,as an example.This machining path planning method can effectively improve the precision and efficiency of complex surface machining,and has application value.
