数控绕线机多轴同步控制优化方法及应用研究

摘  要:随着绕线工艺需求的不断提高,多轴数控绕线机需要进行变速工作,但同时导致绕线的产品质量参差不齐,因此研究数控绕线机多轴同步控制优化方法及应用十分必要。通过调节三坐标伺服系统、优化主轴单元动力学结构、增设速度传感器以及升级偏差耦合同步技术,实现了对多轴协调运动的精确控制。应用测试结果表明,绕样绕制后的尺寸数值与设定理论值的差值最大为0.03 mm,证明经过数控绕线机多轴同步控制优化后的线圈在绕制过程中保持极高的规整度,提升了产品的外观质量。With the continuous improvement of winding process requirements,multi-axis computerized numerical control winding machine needs to carry out variable speed work,resulting in uneven winding product quality,so the multi-axis synchronous control optimization method and application of computerized numerical control winding machine are studied.By adjusting the coordinate servo system,optimizing the dynamic structure of the spindle unit,adding the speed sensor and upgrading the deviation coupling synchronization technology,the precise control of multi-axis coordinated motion is realized.The application test results show that the difference between the size value and the set theoretical value is 0.03 mm at most,which proves that the coil optimized by multi-axis synchronous control of the computerized numerical control winding machine can maintain a high degree of regularization during the winding process,improve the appearance quality of the product,and enhance the performance and reliability.
