摘  要:文章利用有限元计算方法模拟分析水压试验时某汽轮机高压外缸3种不同中分面法兰和螺栓布置方案对中分面密封性能的影响,验证了有限元计算分析结果与实际水压试验结果的一致性,作为汽缸中分面法兰和螺栓布置设计参考,提升汽缸水压试验一次性成功率,以及降低水压试验的生产成本及周期。In this paper,the finite element calculation method is used to simulate and analyze the influence of three different midface flange and bolt arrangement schemes on the sealing performance of the mid-face in a high-pressure outer cylinder of a steam turbine during the hydraulic test,and the results of the finite element calculation and analysis are verified with the actual hydraulic pressure.The consistency of the test results can be used as a reference for the design of the mid-face flange and bolt arrangement in the cylinder,improving the one-time success rate of the hydraulic test of the cylinder,and reducing the production cost and cycle of the hydraulic test.
