摘　　要：易熔塞一般用于气瓶、容器、液力耦合器、紧急切断阀等装置和设备上,当环境温度升高,达到设定值时,易熔塞中的易熔合金就会发生融化,从而对装置和设备起到过载保护的作用。易熔塞测试装置是易熔塞试验过程中不可或缺的重要设备,对验证易熔合金的熔化温度及抗挤出压力方面具有重要意义。对低温介质用紧急切断阀中使用的易熔塞进行测试所需要的专用测试装置进行了研究和设计。Fusible plugs are generally used on devices and equipment such as gas cylinders,containers,hydraulic couplings,emergency shut-off valves,etc.When the ambient temperature rises to the set value,the fusible alloy in the plug will melt,thereby providing overload protection for the device and equipment.The fusible plug testing device is an indispensable and important equipment in the process of fusible plug testing,which is of great significance in verifying the melting temperature and extrusion pressure resistance of fusible alloys.This article studies and designs a specialized testing device required for the testing of fusible plugs used in emergency shut-off valves for low-temperature media.
