“三全育人”背景下高校思政教育协同育人方法

摘　　要：“三全育人”理念与协同育人理念具有一定的耦合性,在高校思想政治教育过程中,可将这两个理念有机融合,从而针对性、实效性开展思政教育工作。为实现这一目标,文章分析了“三全育人”背景下高校思政教育协同育人的实施要求,总结了高校思政教育面临的困境,并从育人主体协同、育人过程协同、育人资源协同三个方面阐述了高校思政教育协同育人的实践路径。The concept of"three-whole education"and the concept of collaborative education have a certain degree of coupling.In the process of ideological and political education in universities,these two concepts can be organically integrated to carry out targeted and effective ideological and political education work.To achieve this goal,the article analyzes the implementation requirements of collaborative education of ideological and political education in universities under the background of"three-whole education",summarizes the difficulties faced by ideological and political education in universities,and elaborates on the practical path of collaborative education of ideological and political education in universities from three aspects:collaboration of educational subjects,collaboration of educational processes,and collaboration of educational resources.
