摘　　要：随着经济社会的发展,为适应培养应用型法律人才的需要,基于OBE理念的经济法课程教学改革创新显得尤为必要。文章以经济法课程改革为例,针对教学中存在的问题,提出完善教师培训、构建立体化评价机制、设置模拟情境任务等对策建议。这些措施有助于突出输出导向,强调学习过程,关注学生综合能力培养,使学生学习更加主动和个性化,为OBE理念指导下的课程教学改革提供了有益借鉴与启发。With the development of the economy and society,it is particularly necessary to innovate the teaching of economic law courses based on the OBE concept in order to meet the needs of cultivating applied legal talents.Taking the reform of the economic law curriculum as an example,this article proposes countermeasures and suggestions to address the problems in teaching,such as improving teacher training,constructing a three-dimensional evaluation mechanism,and setting up simulated situational tasks.These measures help to highlight output orientation,emphasize the learning process,focus on cultivating students'comprehensive abilities,make students'learning more proactive and personalized,and provide useful reference and inspiration for curriculum teaching reform guided by the OBE concept.
