摘 要:就业是民生之本。帮助残疾人实现就业,是巩固脱贫攻坚成果的重要工作。听障美术生作为特殊群体,在教学模式与就业创业上有着极强的特殊性。通过遵循听障美术教育的基本规律,从教育教学、社会、学生三个层面探究适合特殊教育院校人才培养与促进听障美术生就业率提升的有效路径,使他们能够学有所成、增强核心竞争力,更快更好地融入社会,实现自己的人生价值。Employment is the foundation of people's livelihood.Helping people with disability achieve employment is an important task in consolidating the results of relieving poverty.As a special group,hearing-impaired students majoring art have strong particularities in teaching models and employment and entrepreneurship.By following the basic rules of hearing-impaired art education,this paper explores effective paths suitable for cultivating talents in special colleges and improving the employment rate of hearing-impaired art majors from the three levels of teaching,society and students,enable them to achieve success in their studies,enhance their core competitiveness,integrate themselves into society faster and better,and realize their own life value.
