摘　　要：肛管直肠恶性黑色素瘤是一种临床罕见的具有高度侵袭性且预后极差的恶性肿瘤,占恶性黑色素瘤的0.2%~3%,以中老年女性稍多见。肛管直肠恶性黑色素瘤临床发病率较低,误诊率较高,早期易转移,确诊时多为中晚期,预后较差。外科手术联合化疗、免疫治疗和靶向治疗是目前治疗该病的主要手段。本文报道1例原发性肛管直肠恶性黑色素瘤合并结肠多发息肉患者,旨在提高临床医师对此疾病的认识,以及为该病的诊治提供参考,避免误诊及漏诊。Anorectal malignant melanoma is a rare,highly aggressive,and poorly prognostic malignancy,accounting for 0.2%to 3%of all malignant melanomas,with a slight preponderance in middle-aged and elderly women.The clinical incidence of anorectal malignant melanoma is low,but the misdiagnosis rate is high.It is prone to early metastasis and is often diagnosed in the advanced stage with poor prognosis.Surgical resection combined with chemotherapy,immunotherapy,and targeted therapy are currently the main treatment modalities for this disease.This article reports a case of primary anorectal malignant melanoma with multiple polyps in the colon,aiming to raise awareness of this disease and provide a reference for its diagnosis and treatment,avoiding misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
