摘　　要：文章针对C语言程序设计课程教学中学习指导服务支持不足、教学资源和教育技术支撑不够、学习评价模式未能有效驱动学生能力发展等问题,以学生的编程能力培养为改革载体,通过能力分解和重构知识、以能力为导向建设学习资源库、建设数智技术平台和评价机制创新等改革措施,打造和形成驱动学生能力发展的学习评价模式,促进学习模式创新,解决课程教学中指导服务不足、技术支撑不够等问题,提升学生算法设计和编程的实践能力。For C programming learning guidance service support in course teaching,teaching resources and education technology support,learning evaluation model failed to effectively drive the development of students'ability,to students'programming ability as the carrier,through the ability to decompose and reconstruct knowledge,ability oriented construction learning repository,the construction of intelligence technology platform and evaluation mechanism innovation reform measures,build and form drive the development of students'ability of learning evaluation mode,promote learning mode innovation,solve the problem of course teaching guidance service,technical support,improve students'algorithm design and programming practice ability.
