摘 要:目的:探讨基于OBE理念的CBL教学法在口腔美学修复实习教学中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年6月到2024年1月在广西医科大学附属口腔医院实习的2018级和2019级口腔医学本科实习生74人为研究对象,分成实验组和对照组,实验组采用基于OBE理念的CBL教学法,对照组采用LBL传统教学方法进行教学,观察并比较两组学生的理论知识和技能考核成绩,并针对学生对教学效果的评价进行统计分析。结果:与对照组相比,实验组学生的理论成绩和教学满意度均较高(P<0.05)。基于OBE理念的CBL教学模式对口腔医学本科生的口腔美学修复临床实践教学有显著优势。In order to explore the application effect of CBL teaching method based on OBE concept in prosthodontics practice teaching,74 undergraduate interns of stomatology in grade 2018 and grade 2019 who practiced in Stomatological Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi Medical University from June 2022 to January 2024 were selected as research objects,and divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group adopted CBL teaching method based on OBE concept,while the control group adopted LBL traditional teaching method.The theoretical knowledge and skills assessment results of the two groups of students were observed and compared.Compared with the control group,the theoretical scores and teaching satisfaction of the students in the experimental group were higher(P<0.05).CBL teaching mode based on OBE concept has obvious advantages for clinical practice teaching of oral aesthetic prosthodontics for stomatological undergraduates.
