数字经济驱动河北省制造业发展问题及策略研究

摘　　要：数字经济是推动制造业质量变革、效率变革、动力变革的核心点。通过对河北省数字经济及制造业发展现状分析,发现河北省数字经济和制造业发展态势良好,但是存在数字经济发展不均、数字经济与制造业融合不深、制造业技术创新能力不足、产业结构转型效果不明显等问题。从宏观、中观、微观等三个层面提出数字经济驱动河北省制造业发展策略,包括加大对农村地区和落后地区的支持力度,促进数字基础设施普及和应用,推动城乡数字融合发展,加强科技创新,优化产业结构,加强产业培育和配套发展等措施,为河北省制造业与数字经济的深度融合提供支持。Digital economy is the core point to promote the quality change,efficiency change and power change of manufacturing industry.By analyzing the current situation of digital economy and manufacturing development in Hebei Province,it is found that the development trend of digital economy and manufacturing industry in Hebei Province is good,but there are problems such as uneven development of digital economy,lack of deep integration of digital economy and manufacturing industry,insufficient technological innovation capacity of manufacturing industry,and lack of obvious effect of transformation of industrial structure.Strategies for digital economy-driven manufacturing development in Hebei Province are proposed at three levels:macro,meso,and micro,including measures to increase support for rural areas and backward areas,promote the popularization and application of digital infrastructure,promote the development of urban-rural digital fusion,strengthen scientific and technological innovation,optimize the industrial structure,and strengthen the cultivation and supporting development of industries,so as to support the in-depth fusion of the manufacturing industry and the digital economy in Hebei Province.
