摘  要:模拟实仓储藏时存在的温差,以水分含量为14%的黄玉米郑单958为对象,将其放置于专制的可采用低温空腔输入冷空气,高温空腔输入热空气的模拟仓内,在5℃(25℃~30℃)温差条件下进行储藏研究,低温壁面、中间部位及高温壁面的粮温分上、中、下3层分析,每一层取3个温湿度传感器记录数据的平均值,研究分析温湿度及水分含量的迁移变化规律。结果表明:5℃(25℃~30℃)温差下在26 h左右发生结露,会有微气流运动,气流运动带动湿热扩散,湿热从高温区域向低温区域进行迁移和再分配,进而影响粮堆温湿度和含水量的变化,若不及时处理,即使5℃小温差,当水蒸气达到饱和状态,水汽凝结成水滴附着在粮粒表面,就会发生吸湿结露现象。This paper simulates the temperature difference in real storage,the yellow corn Zhengdan 958 with 14%moisture content was studied,and places it in an autodidactic simulated warehouse where cold air can be input by low temperature cavity and hot air can be input by high temperature cavity,the storage research was carried out under the temperature difference of 5℃(25~30℃).The grain temperature of the low temperature wall,the middle part and the high temperature wall were divided into three layers for analysis.The average value of the data recorded by the three temperature and humidity sensors in each layer was taken to study and analyze the migration and change rule of temperature and humidity and moisture content.The results show that condensation occurs at about 26h under the temperature difference of 5℃(25~30℃),and there will be micro⁃airflow at 5℃,resulting in moist heat diffusion.Under the effect of temperature difference,moist heat migrates and redistributes from high temperature region to low temperature region,thus affecting the change of moisture and water content in grain pile,If not treated in time,even if the temperature difference of 5℃is small,when the water vapor reaches the saturated state,the water vapor con⁃denses into water droplets attached to the surface of the grain,the hygroscopic condensation phenomenon will occur.
