影响外圆加工误差复映的工艺参数比较研究

摘  要:针对车削加工中存在的圆度误差复映问题,分析产生误差的原因,研究不同工艺参数对误差复映的影响程度,优化减小圆度误差复映的工艺参数。运用正交试验方法,试验指标是误差复映系数,刀具几何参数中的主偏角、切削用量中的切削速度和进给量选为试验因素,各因素分别选取高、中、低3个水平,设计并进行外圆切削试验;然后采用极差分析方法和方差分析方法统计处理试验数据,选出最优工艺参数方案,最后对最优方案进行验证。结果表明,各工艺参数对圆度误差复映影响程度从大到小的顺序为:刀具主偏角,进给量,切削速度;刀具主偏角和进给量对圆度误差复映的影响高度显著,切削速度对圆度误差复映的影响显著;刀具主偏角取高水平、进给量取低水平、切削速度取高水平的工艺参数,圆度误差复映系数在最低水平。研究结果为外圆车削等机械加工在减小误差复映方面的工艺设计提供了参考和指导。In response to the roundness error rebound problem in turning processes,the causes of the error are analyzed and the influence of different process parameters on the error rebound is investigated.The goal is to optimize the process parameters to minimize roundness error rebound.The orthogonal experimental method is employed,with the error rebound coefficient as the experimental index and the main rake angle in tool geometry,cutting speed,and feed rate as the experimental factors.Each factor is set at three levels:high,medium and low.Outer round turning experiments are designed and conducted accordingly.The range analysis and variance analysis methods are then used to statistically process the experimental data and identify the optimal process parameter scheme.Finally,the optimal scheme is verified.The results indicate that the order of influence of the process parameters on roundness error rebound,from greatest to least,is as follows:main rake angle,feed rate,and cutting speed.The effects of main rake angle and feed rate on roundness error rebound are highly significant,while the effect of cutting speed is significant.By setting the main rake angle to a high level,the feed rate to a low level,and the cutting speed to a high level,the roundness error rebound coefficient can be minimized.The study provides reference and guidance for the process design in mechanical machining,such as outer round turning,to reduce error rebound.
