摘  要:针对目前光伏板应用中存在能量耗损大,成本高,采集方式繁琐等问题,设计一种基于物联网的太阳能光伏板无线数据采集系统,实现对光伏电站数据的实时采集与监测。该系统主要包含数据采集模块、物联网模块、功率预测模块和电源模块。以STM32F103RBT6处理器为控制核心,通过低功耗WiFi模块构建无线网络,实现光伏板上电压和电流的无线采集,通过功率预测系统对功率进行预测,通过无线网络上传至上位机,对数据进行保存与处理。实验结果表明,该系统有效解决了光伏板数据采集过程中有线网络复杂的布线,采集方式的繁琐、不易实现等问题,同时具有很强的扩展性,成本低,数据传输稳定,采集量大,速度快,并在光伏电站运行一年以上的时间,达到很好的实用效果。In view of the current problems of large energy consumption,high cost,and cumbersome collection methods in the application of photovoltaic panels,a solar photovoltaic panel wireless data collection system based on the Internet of Things is designed to achieve real-time collection and monitoring of photovoltaic power station data.The system mainly includes data acquisition module,Internet of Things module,power prediction module and power supply module.With the STM32F103RBT6 processor as the control core,a wireless network is built through a low-power WiFi module to realize wireless collection of voltage and current on the photovoltaic panel,and the power is predicted through the power prediction system,and uploaded to the host computer through the wireless network,and the data is saved and processed.It can be verified through experiments that this system effectively solves the problems of complex wiring of wired networks,cumbersome collection methods,and difficulty in implementation during the photovoltaic panel data collection process.At the same time,it has strong scalability,low cost,stable data transmission,large collection volume,and fast,and can achieve very good practical effects in photovoltaic power plants for more than one year of operation.
