摘　　要：通过分析SCL语言的特点、语法和编程方法,采用理论对比的方法,将S7-SCL语言与传统PLC编程语言进行对比并以机器人九宫格轨迹搬运场景的PLC程序为例,遵循软件工程之软件生存周期的开发方法,论述了S7-SCL语言在软件开发过程中的应用。结果表明,S7-SCL语言在编程效率、代码可读性和可维护性方面均有显著提升。同时,S7-SCL语言的结构化编程特性有助于提高程序的稳定性和可靠性。综上所述,S7-SCL语言在PLC编程中具有较大的应用价值和潜力。Through the analysis of the characteristics,syntax and programming methods of SCL language,the application of S7-SCL language in the software development process is discussed by comparing the S7-SCL language with the traditional PLC programming language and taking the PLC program of the nine-square grid trajectory handling scenario as an example,following the development method of software life cycle of software engineering.The results show that the S7-SCL language has significant improvement in programming efficiency,code readability and maintainability.At the same time,the structured programming features of the S7-SCL language help to improve the stability and reliability of the program.To sum up,the S7-SCL language has great application value and potential in PLC programming.
