摘 要:产教融合是校企合作深层次发展的必然产物,为产业与教育间协调发展提供了新的思路和空间,特别是对学生就业能力的提升产生了积极的影响。本文从加强实践教育、创新创业能力培养、职业导向的课程设置和就业服务与指导等四个方面分析和探讨大学生就业能力的提升策略,旨在有效地提升大学生就业能力的同时,能更好地促进大学生就业率的提升,提高大学生就业质量,促进社会的繁荣与稳定,使教育更具意义。The emergence of industry education integration is an inevitable product of the deep development of school enterprise cooperation, providing new ideas and space for the coordinated development between industry and education, especially for the improvement of students' employability,which has had a positive impact.This article analyzes and explores four improvement strategies,including practical education,innovation and entrepreneurship ability cultivation,career oriented curriculum design,and employment services and guidance.The aim is to enhance the employment ability of college students,better promote the increase of their employment rate,improve the quality of their employment,promote social prosperity and stability,and make education more meaningful.
