不同产区‘红地球’葡萄果实品质差异研究

摘　　要：‘红地球’是我国主栽的鲜食葡萄品种之一,由于其喜光的特性,不同产区的果实品质存在差异。对云南、山东、陕西和宁夏4个产区的‘红地球’葡萄14个果实品质指标进行检测,结果表明,云南产区的果实粒质量最大,可溶性固形物和香气物质含量较低,总酚和黄烷醇含量均较高;山东产区的果实可溶性固形物及还原糖含量较低,总花色苷含量最高,其中二甲花翠素3-O-葡萄糖苷等3种单体花色苷含量较高;陕西产区的果实可溶性固形物、还原糖、总酚、单宁含量均较高,但花色苷和香气含量较低;宁夏产区的果实理化指标均较低,总花色苷和单体花色苷总量较低,但花青素3-O-葡萄糖苷含量则高于其他产区,香气物质种类和含量均为最高。该研究为各地区‘红地球’葡萄果实品质调控和生产管理提供一定参考。'Red Globe'grapevine is one of the main table grape varieties in China.Because of its light-loving characteristics,there are differences in fruit quality in different ecological regions.14 fruit quality indexes of'Red Globe'grapes from four regions of Yunnan,Shandong,Shaanxi and Ningxia were investigated.The results showed that the fruit from Yunnan region had the highest berry weight,lower soluble solids and aroma contents,and higher total phenols andflavanols contents.The contents of soluble solids and reducing sugars in fruits from Shandong region were lower,and the content of total anthocyanins was the highest,among which the contents of three monomeric anthocyanins such as dimethylflorin 3-O-glucoside were higher.The contents of soluble solid,reducing sugar,total phenol and tannin in fruits from Shaanxi region were higher,but the contents of anthocyanin and aroma were lower.The physicochemical indexes of fruits in Ningxia region were lower,the total anthocyanins and monomeric anthocyanins were lower,but the content of anthocyanins 3-O-glucoside was higher than that in other regions,and the types and contents of aroma substances were the highest.This study provides some reference for the fruit quality control and production management of'Red Globe'grapes in various ecoregions.
