摘  要:目的探究苍耳子散抗过敏性鼻炎的作用机制。方法200例患者依据随机数字法分为对照组和治疗组两组,每组100例。治疗组采用经典护理疗法鼻腔填塞苍耳子散,对照组给药糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂喷鼻,两组疗程均28 d。观察两组治疗前后临床疗效、鼻部分类及症状视觉模拟量表(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分变化;采用酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)检测患者鼻分泌物及血清中γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-12(IL-12)相关因子的表达水平;采用荧光定量PCR检测Caspase-1、Caspase-4、Caspase-5、Caspase-11、Caspase-12、环状GMP-AMP合成酶(cGAS)、解旋酶41(DDX41)、干扰素诱导蛋白16(IFI16)、TANK结合激酶1(TBK1)、干扰素基因激活蛋白(STING)表达水平。结果治疗后,治疗组与对照组相比,鼻分泌物中IFN-γ分泌水平降低;鼻分泌物中Caspase-1、Caspase-4、Caspase-5、Caspase-11和Caspase-12、cGAS、DDX41、IFI16、STING表达水平降低;在实验执行期间两组均未发现明显不良反应。结论苍耳子散可通过调控cGAS-STINS信号通路增强机体免疫治疗过敏性鼻炎。Objective To investigate the mechanism of the anti-allergic rhinitis effect of Cangerzi Powder(苍耳子散).Methods 200 patients were divided into two groups according to the random number method:control and treatment,100 patients in each group.The treatment group was given classical care therapy Cangerzi Powder nasal tamponade,and the control group was given mometasone furoate nasal spray nasal spray,and the course of treatment was 28 days in both groups.The clinical efficacy,changes in nasal partial class and overall symptoms visual analogue scale(VAS)scores were observed before and after treatment in both groups;the expression levels of interferon-γ(IFN-γ)and IL-12-related factors in patients'nasal secretions and serum were detected by ELISA afterwards;Caspase-1,Caspase-4,Caspase-5,Caspase-11,Caspase-12,cGAS,DDX41,IFI16,TBK1,STING expression levels were detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR.Results After treatment,the level of IFN-γsecretion in nasal secretions was reduced in the treatment group compared with the control group;the expression levels of Caspase-1,Caspase-4,Caspase-5,Caspase-11 and Caspase-12,cGAS,DDX41,IFI16 and STING in nasal secretions were reduced;no significant adverse effect was found in both groups during the experimental execution.Conclusion Cangerzi Powder can enhance the body's immunity against allergic rhinitis by modulating the cGAS-STINS signaling pathway.
