摘 要:随着全球人口的增长、能源结构的转型和对可持续能源需求的增加,中国面临着优化其能源体系的紧迫任务。作为清洁、可再生的能源形式,海洋能成为国内外能源研究的焦点,其在中国具有巨大的开发潜力。在分析中国海洋能分布特征和发展现状的基础上,总结了中国海洋能开发的趋势,对未来的海洋能产业提出了构建面向“双碳”战略的海洋能顶层发展规划、建立健全海洋能技术的政策等建议,助力中国海洋能技术稳步发展。With the growth of the global population,the transformation of the energy structure,and the increasing demand for sustainable energy,China is facing the urgent task of optimizing its energy system.As a clean and renewable form of energy,ocean energy,has become a focus of energy research both domestically and internationally,and it has tremendous development potential in China.Based on the analysis of the distribution characteristics and development status of China's ocean energy,this paper summarizes the trend of China's ocean energy development,and propses recommendations for the future ocean energy industry,including the construction of a top-level development suggestions such as ocean energy oriented towards the emission peak and carbon neutrality strategy and establishes sound policies for ocean energy technology,to support the steady development of China's ocean energy technology.
