摘　　要：目的:研究3D Slicer软件在神经内镜视神经管减压手术的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年5月期间于我院接受神经内镜视神经管减压手术治疗的患者60例,使用随机数字表法将纳入患者随机分为观察组与对照组,各30例。对照组患者接受单纯神经内镜视神经管减压术治疗,观察组患者接受3D Slicer软件辅助下的神经内镜视神经管减压术治疗。比较两组手术情况、视力水平、预后情况以及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组手术时间、术中出血量以及住院时间均低于对照组(P<0.05);术后3个月时,观察组指数视力水平优于对照组(P<0.05);术后3个月时,观察组格拉斯哥预后评分(GOS)、Barthel指数(BI)评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组术中及术后并发症总发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:3D Slicer软件帮助提高神经内镜视神经管减压手术治疗效果,加强手术对患者视功能、预后及生活质量的改善效果。Objective:To study the application effect of 3D Slicer software in neuroendoscopic optic canal decompression.Methods:60 patients who underwent neuroendoscopic optic canal decompression in our hospital from January 2022 to May 2023 were enrolled in this study.They were divided into an observation group and a control group using the random number table,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with simple neuroendoscopic optic canal decompression,and the observation group was treated with 3D Slicer software assisted neuroendoscopic optic canal decompression.Surgical conditions,visual acuity,prognosis,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:Surgical time,intraoperative blood loss,and hospital stay of the observation group were shorter/less than those of the control group(P<0.05).3 months after surgery,LogMAR visual acuity of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The Glasgow Outcome Scale(GOS)scores and Barthel Index(BI)scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),at 3 months after surgery.There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of intraoperative and postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:3D Slicer software can help improve the therapeutic effect of neuroendoscopic optic canal decompression,and the improvement effect on visual function,prognosis and quality of life.
