愈肠止泻汤联合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察愈肠止泻汤联合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法采用随机对照方法,纳入2021年1月~2022年12月在安徽医科大学附属宿州医院消化内科和中医科就诊的45例溃疡性结肠炎患者为研究对象,采用随机分组法分成两组,治疗组24例,对照组21例。对照组予以美沙拉嗪治疗,治疗组予以愈肠止泻汤联合美沙拉嗪治疗,治疗12周,比较两组患者治疗前后的病情程度变化、中医症候评分、改良Mayo评分、内镜下肠黏膜病变疗效评分。结果两组治疗后的病情程度、中医证候评分、改良Mayo评分、内镜下肠黏膜病变疗效评分均有改善,且治疗组指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论愈肠止泻汤联合美沙拉嗪可改善溃疡性结肠炎患者的临床症状,降低疾病的活动性,促进肠黏膜的愈合,提高生活质量。Objective To observe the clinical effect of ulcerative colitis treated with Yuchang Zhixie Decoction combined with mesalazine.Methods A randomized control method was used to include 45 patients with ulceration colitis in the Department of Gastroenterology and Department of traditional Chinese Medicine of Suzhou Hospital Affiliated to Anhui Medical University from January 2021 to January 2022,and they were divided into two groups by random grouping method,with 24 cases of the treatment group and 21 cases of the control group.The control group was treated with mesalazine,and the treatment group was treated with Yuchang Zhixie Decoction combined with mesalazine for 12 weeks.The disease degree change,TCM syndrome score,modified Mayo score,endoscopic intestinal mucosal lesion efficacy score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the disease degree,TCM syndrome score,modified Mayo score and endoscopic intestinal mucosal lesion efficacy score of two groups were improved,and the indexes of treatment group were better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion Yuchang Zhixie Decoction combined with mesalazine can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with ulcerative colitis,reduce the activity of the disease,promote the healing of the intestinal mucosa,and improve the quality of life.
