反刍性沉思在意外创伤患者创伤后成长与领悟社会支持之间的中介效应

摘　　要：目的分析反刍性沉思在意外创伤患者创伤后成长(PTG)与领悟社会支持之间的中介效应。方法使用一般资料调查表、中文版创伤后成长评定量表(PTGI)、事件相关反刍性沉思问卷(ERRI)与领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)对西安市3所三级甲等综合性医院骨科住院的208例意外创伤住院患者进行调查,采用Pearson相关性分析探讨PTG与反刍性沉思、领悟社会支持之间的关系。结果意外创伤患者的PTGI总分及各维度得分与PSSS总分及各维度得分均呈正相关(P<0.01);PTGI总分及各维度得分与ERRI总分及目的性反刍性沉思维度得分均呈正相关(P<0.01),与侵入性反刍性沉思维度得分呈负相关(P<0.05)。反刍性沉思在意外创伤患者的领悟社会支持与PTG间起部分中介作用,中介效应占比为89.55%。结论反刍性沉思在意外创伤患者的领悟社会支持与PTG间起部分中介作用,医护人员应关注和引导患者的反刍性沉思顺利过渡,从而促使患者伤后成长。Objective To analyze the mediating effect of rumination between post-traumatic growth(PTG)and perceived social support in patients with accidental trauma.Methods The general information questionnaire,the Posttraumatic Growth Inventory(PTGI),the Event Related Rumination Inventory(ERRI)and the Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS)were used to investigate 208 hospitalized patients with accidental trauma in the orthopedics department of three tertiary general hospitals in Xi'an.Pearson correlation analysis was used to explore the correlation between PTG and rumination and perceived social support.Results The total score and each dimension scores of PTGI in patients with accidental trauma were positively correlated with the total score and each dimension scores of PSSS(P<0.01);the total score and each dimension scores of PTGI were positively correlated with the total score of ERRI and the score of purposeful rumination(P<0.01),and negatively correlated with the score of intrusive rumination(P<0.05).Rumination played a partial mediating role between perceived social support and PTG in patients with accidental trauma,and the mediating effect accounts for 89.55%.Conclusion Rumination plays a partial mediating role between perceived social support and PTG in patients with accidental trauma.Medical staff should pay attention to and guide the smooth transition of patients'rumination,so as to promote the growth of patients after injury.
