内镜下套扎联合硬化剂治疗肝硬化伴食道静脉曲张患者对其并发症发生率及复发率的影响

摘　　要：目的分析治疗肝硬化伴食道静脉曲张应用内镜下套扎联合硬化剂对患者并发症及复发情况的影响。方法将2021年1月-2022年1月于天津市第三中心医院收治的肝硬化伴食道静脉曲张患者抽出80例,根据治疗方法的不同分为两组,40例患者接受内镜下套扎治疗,纳入对照组,40例患者接受内镜下套扎联合硬化剂治疗,纳入观察组,比较两组患者治疗效果、并发症发生情况和复发率。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组再出血率、疾病复发率均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肝硬化伴食道静脉曲张应用内镜下套扎联合硬化剂治疗,有利于降低再出血和疾病复发风险,同时可控制并发症发生情况,具有较高安全性,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of endoscopic ligation combined with sclerosing agents on the complications and recurrence of patients with liver cirrhosis and esophageal varices.Method Eighty patients with liver cirrhosis and esophageal varices admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected and divided into two groups based on different treatment methods.Forty patients received endoscopic ligation treatment and were included in the control group.Forty patients received endoscopic ligation combined with sclerotherapy and were included in the observation group.The treatment effect,incidence of complications,and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.Result The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the observation group had lower rates of rebleeding and disease recurrence compared to the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of endoscopic ligation combined with sclerotherapy in the treatment of liver cirrhosis with esophageal varices is beneficial for reducing the risk of rebleeding and disease recurrence,while controlling the occurrence of complications.It has high safety and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
