摘　　要：目的将Vanderbilt ADHD诊断评定量表父母版(VADPRS)应用于疑似注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)的患儿,以探讨对ADHD和共患病的辅助诊断效度。方法2021年1月-2022年6月在江西省儿童医院儿童保健科收集疑似ADHD患儿203例。专科医生详细询问病史和检查结合DSM-V诊断标准进行诊断,同时家长填写VADPRS量表,检验其信效度,并用该量表筛查共患病。结果VADPRS各分量表的Cronbach’s a系数介于0.725-0.898之间;VADPRS的灵敏度为78.1%,特异度为87.5%,假阳性率为12.5%,假阴性率为21.9%。ADHD共患病中对立违抗障碍63例,品行障碍6例,焦虑抑郁5例。采用方差极大正交旋转方法,提取2个因子分别是注意缺陷因子、多动冲动因子,累积贡献率为67.125%。结论VADPRS对ADHD有较好的灵敏度、特异度,也能筛查出常见的共患病。Objective To assess the Auxiliary diagnosis for ADHD and Comorbidity with the Vanderbilt Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder Parent Rating Scale(VADPRS).Methods From January 2021 to June 2022,203 suspicious inattentive or hyperactivity children considered by their parents were enrolled.All children were asked medical history and received DSM-V diagnosis by professional physician.At the same time,all parents were asked to complete VADPRS.VADPRS was examined reliability and validity.Comorbidity of all children were assessed by VADPRS.Result The Cronbach’s a coefficients of each dimensionality of VADPRS were 0.725-0.898;the sensitivity of VADPRS was 78.1%,the specificity was 87.5%;false positive rate was 12.5%;false negative rate was 21.9%;63 ADHD children were screened for oppositional defiant disorder.6 ADHD children were screened for conduct disorder.5 ADHD children were screened for anxiety/depression.By maximum variance orthogonal rotation method two factors that were individually attention-deficit factor and hyperactivity factor were extracted and explained the variance of 67.125%.Conclusion To children with ADHD VADPRS is high-sensitivity and high-specificity tool with strong ability to screen common comorbidity.
