团体治疗对首发精神分裂症患者病程慢性化的影响研究

摘　　要：目的研究对首发精神分裂症病程慢性化患者采取团体治疗的治疗效果。方法于江西省荣军优抚医院首发精神分裂症病程慢性化患者中随机抽取84例,使用随机数字表法分为两组,对照组采取常规药物治疗,观察组在药物基础上增加团体治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果治疗后观察组BPRS评分(60.84±4.35)分,低于对照组[BPRS评分(78.59±5.74)分](P<0.05)。观察组PSP(76.79±5.60)分,高于对照组[PSP(62.15±6.84)分](P<0.05)。观察组SQLS(60.87±5.39)分,低于对照组[SQLS(72.39±4.15)分](P<0.05)。观察组SAFE(13.68±2.20)分,低于对照组[SAFE(16.25±2.89)分](P<0.05)。观察组阳性症状(15.89±2.44)分,阴性症状(14.50±2.28)分,一般精神病理(21.39±5.40)分,低于对照组[阳性症状(24.25±2.68)分,阴性症状(19.65±2.43)分,一般精神病理(26.52±5.69)分](P<0.05)。结论对首发精神分裂症病程慢性化患者采取团体治疗有助于改善患者精神分裂症状,促进患者社会功能和适应能力的恢复,显著改善其生活质量,对于治疗效果有重要意义。Objective To study the effect of group therapy for patients with chronic first onset of schizophrenia.Methods 84 patients with the first onset of schizophrenia were randomly selected and divided into two groups by random number table.The control group took conventional drug treatment,and the observation group added group therapy on the basis of drugs,and then the treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the BPRS score of the observation group(60.84±4.35)was lower than the control group[BPRS score(78.59±5.74)score](P<0.05).PSP(76.79±5.60)in the observation group was higher than the control group[PSP(62.15±6.84)](P<0.05).The SQLS(60.87±5.39)of the observation group was lower than the control group(72.39±4.15)score](P<0.05).The SAFE score of the observation group(13.68±2.20)was lower than that of the control group[SAFE(16.25±2.89)score](P<0.05).In the observation group,positive(15.89±2.44),negative(14.50±2.28),general psychopathology(21.39±5.40)were lower than the control group[positive symptoms(24.25±2.68),negative symptoms(19.65±2.43),and general psychopathology(26.52±5.69)](P<0.05).Conclusion Group treatment of the first chronic schizophrenia patients can help to improve the schizophrenia symptoms,promote the recovery of their social function and adaptability,and significantly improve their quality of life,which is of great significance to the treatment effect.
