摘 要:为有效解决输送机液压张紧装置张紧效率低等问题,通过分析变频张紧装置优点,优化设计带式输送机永磁变频自动张紧装置,主要对张紧装置的机械和电器结构进行了设计,并对比仿真分析基于粒子群和遗传算法的PID控制下的张紧小车在启动、慢速、机尾自移阶段的动态特性响应。结果发现,基于粒子群算法的PID控制达到速度峰值和稳态用时短,且峰值小,说明该算法控制效果好且安全性高。In order to effectively solve the problem of low tensioning efficiency of hydraulic conveyor tensioning device,the advantages of variable frequency tensioning device are analyzed,and the permanent magnet variable frequency automatic tensioning device of belt conveyor is optimized.The mechanical and electrical structure of the tensioning device is mainly designed.The dynamic characteristic response of the tensioning car under PID control based on particle swarm optimization and genetic algorithm is compared and analyzed.The results show that PSO based PID control takes a short time to reach the peak speed and steady state,and the peak value is small,indicating that the algorithm has good control effect and high security.
