摘 要:粉尘问题是煤矿开采过程中的关键问题之一,高浓度的粉尘容易引发肺部疾病,且容易产生爆炸。因此需要根据掘进机掘进过程设计一款旋转喷雾降尘装置,并对装置的结构、安装位置、关键元件进行分析,使用FLUENT与MATLAB对影响降尘效率的水流压力、喷嘴个数进行探讨,通过单体试验研究降尘装置的喷雾范围、射程等参数,通过工业试验对比研究旋转喷雾降尘装置的降尘效果,为改善掘进机工作面的环境条件奠定理论与试验基础。Dust is one of the key problems in the coal mining process,and the high concentration of dust can easily cause lung diseases and explosions.Therefore,it is necessary to design a rotary spray dust reduction device according to the tunneling process of the roadheader,and analyse the structure of the device,the installation position,the key components,use FLUENT and MATLAB to explore the impact of the efficiency of the dust reduction of the water pressure,the number of nozzles,through the single test to study the spraying range of the device,the range of the dust reduction device,and other parameters,through the industrial test to compare and study the rotary spray dust reduction device,in order to improve the efficiency of dust reduction,to improve the efficiency of the roadheader,to improve the efficiency of the rotary spray dust reduction device.The effect of rotary spray dust reduction device is compared with industrial test to lay a theoretical and experimental foundation for improving the environmental conditions of the working face of the roadheader.
