摘 要:在传统刮板输送机工作中,由于缺少精确的理论计算,造成了较大的资源浪费。基于对刮板输送机调速控制系统的设计,建立仿真模型,通过实际应用,表明设计的调速控制系统的各项功能都取得了较好效果,与改造前相比减少了约10%的故障率,减少了约32.51%的电能消耗。In the work of traditional scraper conveyor,the lack of accurate theoretical calculations causes a large waste of resources.Based on the design of the speed control system of scraper conveyor,the simulation model is established,and through practical application,it is shown that all the functions of the designed speed control system have achieved better results,and the failure rate is reduced by about 10%compared with the same period of the previous year,and at the same time,the electric energy consumption is reduced by about 32.51%compared with the same period of the previous year.
