摘  要:以车载低温绝热气瓶为研究对象,液氢为低温介质,在气瓶安全层面,探讨了制动过程中液体晃动与结构耦合产生的附加动压对气瓶结构影响,考虑温度的情况下,采用应力线性化准则对气瓶关键部位进行了强度评估。在可靠性层面,分析了气瓶在行驶过程中路面激励下的共振和振动疲劳失效问题。研究表明:制动减速度和液体对内筒体壁面冲击力呈正相关,且在充装率为70%时,液体晃动对内筒体壁面冲击力达到峰值;在热应力影响下气瓶变形增加97%,最大应力增加19%;气瓶在空载下固有频率大于40 Hz,在考虑低温介质和预应力时,气瓶固有频率低于国标允许的40 Hz;振动疲劳易发生在前后支撑处,高于国家标准646 020次,车载低温绝热气瓶在满载时强度和疲劳满足要求。The vehicle-mounted cryogenic insulation gas cylinder was as the research object,and liquid hydrogen was as the cryogenic medium,the influence of the additional dynamic pressure caused by the coupling of liquid shaking and structure during braking on the structure of the gas cylinder during the braking process was discussed at the safety level of the gas cylinder,and the strength evaluation of the key parts of the gas cylinder was carried out by using the stress linearization criterion under the consideration of temperature.At the level of reliability,the resonance and vibration fatigue failure of gas cylinders under road excitation during driving were analyzed.The results show that there is a positive correlation between the braking deceleration degree and the impact force of the liquid on the wall of the inner cylinder,and when the filling rate is 70%,the impact force of the liquid shaking on the wall of the inner cylinder reaches the peak.Under the influence of thermal stress,the deformation of the cylinder increases by 97%,and the maximum stress increases by 19%.The natural frequency of the gas cylinder is greater than 40 Hz under no load,and the natural frequency of the gas cylinder is lower than the 40 Hz allowed by the national standard when considering the low temperature medium and prestress;Vibration fatigue is easy to occur at the front and rear supports,which is higher than the national standard of 646 020 times,and the full-load strength and fatigue of vehicle-mounted low-temperature insulation cylinders meet the requirements.
