重整性羞耻视阈下未成年人社区矫正教育机制创新研究

摘　　要：当前我国未成年人社区矫正教育机制存在教育措施失衡、融入性目的受阻以及教育力量缺失等问题,有必要加以创新。重整性羞耻理论关于羞耻、融入以及社群的论述对于我国未成年人社区矫正教育机制发展均具有启发意义。因此,应当探索重整性羞耻理论并加以借鉴,构建行为羞耻教育、融入社会教育等新的教育内容,并创新教育主体选择方法,以达至更好的教育矫正效果。At present,there are some problems in the community correction education mechanism for minors in China,such as the imbalance of educational measures,the obstruction of integration purposes and the lack of educational power,which need to be innovated.The discussion of shame,integration and community in the theory of reintegration shame is instructive.Therefore,we should explore and learn from the theory of reorganizing shame,construct new educational contents such as behavioral shame education and integration into social education,and innovate the selection method of educational subjects,so as to achieve better educational correction effect.
