摘 要:目的探讨高职新生歧视知觉、专业性心理求助态度和心理韧性之间的关系,为有效开展高职生心理健康教育提供科学依据。方法2022年10月,通过随机整群抽样,采用专业心理求助态度量表、歧视知觉问卷和简式韧性量表对江西应用技术职业学院527名高职新生进行问卷调查。统计方法采用相关分析和中介效应检验,以了解三者之间是否存在中介关系。结果527名高职新生专业性心理求助态度量表评分为(103.89±13.40)分,歧视知觉问卷评分为(5.57±2.55)分,简式韧性量表评分为(19.80±4.26)分。高职新生专业性心理求助态度与歧视知觉呈负相关(r=-0.437,P<0.01),与心理韧性呈正相关(r=0.198,P<0.01);歧视知觉与心理韧性之间呈明显负相关(r=-0.453,P<0.01)。中介效应分析显示,高职新生歧视知觉在专业性心理求助态度与心理韧性之间起完全中介效应作用,其中介效应值为0.622。结论歧视知觉在高职生心理韧性与专业性心理求助态度之间发挥完全中介作用。降低高职新生歧视知觉有利于提升其心理求助倾向。Objective This study explored the relationships between perceived discrimination,professional psychological help-seeking,and resilience among higher vocational freshmen,to provide a reference for improving psychological health education among vocational college students.Methods A total of 527 higher vocational first-year students were selected through random cluster sampling and investigated according to the Professional Psychological Help-Seeking Attitudes Scale,Perceived Discrimination Questionnaire,and Brief Resilience Scale in October 2022.Correlation analysis and mediating effect tests were applied to understand whether mediating effects exist among perceived discrimination,professional psychological help-seeking,and resilience.Results A total of 527 new vocational college students scored 103.89±13.40 on the Professional Psychological Help-Seeking Attitudes Scale,5.57±2.55 on the Perceived Discrimination Questionnaire,and 19.80±4.26 on the Brief Resilience Scale.The Professional Psychological Help-Seeking Attitudes Scale score for higher vocational freshmen negatively correlated with that of the Perceived Discrimination Questionnaire(r=-0.437,P<0.01),and positively correlated with that of the Brief Resilience Scale(r=0.198,P<0.01).A significant negative correlation was ob-served between perceived discrimination and psychological resilience(r=-0.453,P<0.01).Mediating effect analysis indicated that perceived discrimination showed a complete mediating effect between professional psychological help-seeking and resilience among higher vocational first-year students.Conclusion Resilience affects psychological help-seeking through a complete intermediary role in perceived discrimination among higher vocational first-year students.Thus,decreasing perceived discrimination among higher vocational first-year students would enhance their psychological help-seekingtendency.
