摘 要:影像组学是一种新兴影像图像的数据转化方法,为肺癌、肝癌等肿瘤消融前后异质性分析提供理论依据,从而构建肿瘤消融后疗效、预后评估模型体系,用于实时、精准、客观地指导后期治疗、调整方案,并通过大数据校准与验证。该方法日益成熟、稳定,现已成为研究热点。本文就影像组学特征及模型在肿瘤消融术后疗效评估与预后预测方面的应用价值进行简要综述。Radiomics is an emerging data transformation method for images,which provides theoretical basis for the analysis of heterogeneity before and after ablation of tumors such as lung cancer,liver cancer,etc.,based on which a model system for assessing the efficacy and prognosis of tumors after ablation can be constructed,and it can be used to guide the later treatment and adjust the plan in a real-time,precise,and objective way.Through the calibration and verification of a big data,this technology is becoming more and more mature and stable,and has now become a hotspot of research.This paper aims to make a brief review about the application value of radiomics features and the utilization of the relevant models in evaluating the efficacy and in predicting the prognosis after ablation treatment of tumors.
