摘  要:目的分析2018—2022年海南省基层卫生人力资源的分布现状及其相关的公平性,为优化海南省基层医疗卫生人力资源的配置提供必要的理论参考依据及政策建议。方法收集整理2018—2022年海南省卫生人力资源的数据并进行分析及描述,通过洛伦兹曲线、卫生密度指数、空间分布及基尼系数等统计分析方法分析资源配置公平性是否合理。结果2018—2022年海南省卫生人力资源的配置总量在逐年增长。基尼系数按人口分布(除乡村医生外)均<2,配置结果为绝对公平;基尼系数按地理面积分布处于0.0302~0.3518,配置结果含有绝对公平、比较公平、相对公平。结论2018—2022年海南省基层卫生人力资源总体上增长,地区间存在差异;从人口分布上看,卫生人力资源的基尼系数总体呈下降趋势,配置的公平性明显比地理分布的公平性有优势,因此基层人力资源的配置应向稀缺的地区倾斜,逐步缩小地区间的差距,提升区域间人力资源配置的公平性。Objective To analyze the distribution status and related equity of primary health human resources in Hainan Province from 2018 to 2022,and to provide necessary theoretical reference and policy suggestions for optimiz-ing the allocation of primary health human resources in Hainan Province.Methods The data of health human resources in Hainan Province from 2018 to 2022 were collected,analyzed,and described.The fairness of resource allocation was analyzed by Lorentz curve,health density index,spatial distribution,and Gini coefficient.Results The total allocation of health human resources in Hainan Province increased year by year from 2018 to 2022.According to the population distribution(except rural doctors),the Gini coefficient was all less than 2,and the allocation result was absolute fairness.The Gini coefficient was 0.0302 to 0.3518 according to geographical area,and the allocation results included absolute fairness,relatively fairness,and relative fairness.Conclusion The primary health human resources in Hainan Province increased generally from 2018 to 2022,but there were differences among regions.From the perspective of population distribution,the Gini coefficient of health human resources generally shows a downward trend,and the equity of alloca-tion is obviously superior to the equity of geographical distribution.Therefore,the allocation of grassroots human re-sources should be tilted to the scarce regions,gradually narrow the gap between regions,and improve the equity of in-ter-regional human resources allocation.
