米诺环素软膏与根管治疗术在治疗牙周-牙髓联合病变中的应用

摘　　要：目的 分析根管治疗术联用米诺环素软膏在牙周-牙髓联合病变中的治疗效果。方法 回顾性选取2021年10月—2022年10月于赤峰市医院接受治疗的76例牙周-牙髓联合病变患者的临床资料,以治疗方式不同分为研究组和观察组,每组38例。观察组单纯采用根管治疗术,研究组在观察组治疗基础上联合米诺环素治疗。比较两组治疗效果和牙龈相关指标。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为94.74%,高于观察组的78.95%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.145,P<0.05)。研究组牙龈指数(0.80±0.11)分、牙龈出血指数(1.43±0.13)分、菌斑指数(0.68±0.13)分均低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 在治疗牙周-牙髓联合病变患者中,采用米诺环素软膏与根管治疗术联合治疗,有利于改善患者牙周状况,提高治疗效果。Objective To analyze the effect of root canal therapy combined with minocycline ointment in the treatment of combined periodontal and pulp lesions.Methods The clinical data of 76 patients with combined periodontal and pulp lesions received treatment in Chifeng Hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were retrospectively selected.The patients were divided into study group and observation group by different treatment methods with thirty-eight cases in each group.The observation group was treated with root canal therapy alone,and the study group was treated with minocycline combined with the observation group.The therapeutic effects,gingival relevant indicators of patients in the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of the two groups was 94.74%in the study group,higher than 78.95%in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.145,P<0.05).The gingival index(0.80±0.11)points,gingival bleeding index(1.43±0.13)points and plaque index(0.68±0.13)points of the study group were lower than those of the observation group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with combined periodontal and pulp lesions,the combination of minocycline ointment and root canal therapy is beneficial to improve the periodontal status of patients and improve the therapeutic effect.
