摘  要:建立了热解吸-电喷雾离子源-串联质谱(TD-ESI-MS/MS)快速筛查豆芽中2种生长调节剂的方法。豆芽样品用乙腈提取后,接入热解吸-电喷雾离子源,在三重四极杆质谱多反应监测模式下进行定性和半定量分析。在优化的检测条件下,4-氯苯氧乙酸和6-苄基腺嘌呤检出限均为10μg/kg。将该方法应用于市售41批次豆芽的筛查,其中23批样本中检出不合格项目。使用LC-MS/MS法验证,结果准确率为95.8%。该方法可快速筛查豆芽中的生长调节剂,为食品安全监管提供现场快速检测。A method for rapid screening of two growth regulators in bean sprouts by thermal desorption-electrospray ion-tandem mass spectrometry(TD-ESI-MS/MS)was established.The bean sprout samples were extracted with acetonitrile and connected to the thermal desorption electrospray ion source.The qualitative and semi-quantitative analysis were carried out under the multi-reaction monitoring mode of triple quadrupole mass spectrometry.The detection limits of 4-chlorophenoxyacetic acid and 6-benzyl adenine were 10μg/kg under the optimum detection conditions.The method was applied to the screening of 41 batches of bean sprouts on the market,and unqualified items were detected in 23 batches.The accuracy verified with LC-MS/MS method was 95.8%.This method can be used to rapidly screen growth regulators in bean sprouts and provide a rapid on-site detection for food safety supervision.
