ICU护士对重症患者暴露性角膜炎的知信行现状及影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的了解ICU护士对ICU患者暴露性角膜炎(EK)的知信行现状并分析其影响因素,为开展ICU护士EK相关知识培训提供参考依据。方法应用横断面研究方法于2023年11月对芜湖市各级医院的ICU护士进行问卷调查,调查工具为自行设计的一般资料调查表、ICU护士对EK现状调查问卷。采用多元线性回归分析ICU护士对ICU患者发生EK的知识、态度与行为得分的影响因素。结果共回收有效问卷336份,ICU护士对ICU患者EK知信行总分、知识、态度与行为得分分别为(79.36±17.31)、(16.62±5.27)、(34.63±10.01)、(28.13±7.85)分。多元线性回归显示ICU护士对EK知识维度得分的独立影响因素是ICU工作年限和是否有ICU进修学习经历(均P<0.05),ICU护士对EK态度维度得分的独立影响因素是硕士学历和护士及主管护师、(副)主任护师等技术职称(均P<0.05),ICU护士对EK行为维度得分的独立影响因素是年龄>40岁、30~34岁、20~24岁和ICU工作年限(均P<0.05)。结论ICU护士对EK的态度较积极,但知识和行为层面仍有待提高。管理者应针对此现状和影响因素积极开展培训工作,提高ICU护士对EK的知识水平和实践能力,达到改善患者临床结局的效果。Objective To investigate the status of ICU nurses’knowledge and practice of exposed keratitis(EK)in ICU patients and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide reference for ICU nurses’EK knowledge training.Methods A cross-sectional study was carried out on ICU nurses in Wuhu city in November 2023.The survey tools were self-designed general data questionnaire and ICU nurses’status questionnaire on EK.Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of knowledge,attitude and behavior scores of ICU nurses on EK occurrence in ICU patients.Results A total of 336 valid questionnaires were collected.The total score,knowledge,attitude and behavior scores of ICU nurses on EK were(79.36±17.31),(16.62±5.27),(34.63±10.01)and(28.13±7.85),respectively.Multiple linear regression showed that the independent influencing factors of ICU nurses’score on EK knowledge dimension were ICU working years and advanced study experience in ICU(both P<0.05),and the independent influencing factors of ICU nurses’score on EK attitude dimension were master’s degree and technical titles(P<0.05).The independent influencing factors of ICU nurses on EK behavioral dimension score were age and ICU working years(P<0.05).Conclusion ICU nurses have a positive attitude towards EK,but their knowledge and behavior still need to be improved.Managers should carry out training in view of the current situation and influencing factors,improve the knowledge level and practical ability of ICU nurses on EK,and achieve the effect of improving patient clinical outcomes.
