摘 要:为探究不同湿度条件下地铁刚性弓网系统摩擦磨损的性能,采用弓网系统常用的浸金属碳滑板与铜银合金接触线为试验材料,利用高速载流摩擦磨损试验机模拟地铁刚性弓网的运行。试验研究了环境相对湿度分别为20%、40%和60%时,地铁常见运营速度下浸金属碳滑板的磨耗率、摩擦系数、平均电弧能量和振动加速度的变化规律。结果表明:低湿度(20%)环境中,滑板与弓网之间的摩擦类似于干摩擦,滑板磨粒会损坏接触线表面形成犁沟。在高湿度(60%)环境中,空气中的水分子会润滑接触表面降低接触副之间的摩擦系数,还可以扩大电流回路的通流面积,降低接触副之间的振动幅度。In order to explore the friction and wear performance of metro rigid contact wire-pantograph systems under different humidity conditions,the metal-impregnated carbon strips and the copper-silver alloy contact wires,commonly used in pantograph-catenary systems,are used as the test materials,and the high-speed current-carrying friction and wear testing machine is employed to simulate the operation of the metro rigid contact wire-pantograph systems.The changes of wear rate,friction coefficient,average arc energy and vibration acceleration of metal-impregnated carbon strips at common operating speeds of metro are studied when the ambient relative humidity is 20%,40%and 60%,respectively.The results show that in the low humidity(20%)environment,the friction between the carbon strips and the contact line is similar to dry friction,and the carbon strips abrasive particles will damage the surface of the contact line and form a furrow.In the high humidity(60%)environment,water molecules in the air will lubricate the contact surface,reducing the friction coefficient between the contact pairs,and expands the flow area of the current circuit,which reduces the vibration amplitude between the contact pairs.
